Question about my shipped order

 

I have yet to receive the order I placed with another seller on your site, what should I do?

 

If you have placed an order with one of the other sellers on our site, your order will be shipped directly to you from them. These types of shipments do take longer to arrive than orders placed directly with trendypaper. Please take note of the delivery expectations for these orders below:

State: 2-7 business days

National: 6-11 business days

International: 3-5 weeks*

*International shipments from other sellers take significantly longer to arrive due to how they are processed. If you have ordered an item from a seller located in a country other than your own please expect to wait the full delivery time frame.

**Please note that business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) and all delivery time frames are from the ship date, not the order date.**

I have not yet received my order from you, should I be concerned?

 

We're sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived. We pride ourselves in providing speedy delivery to our customers. Please note the delivery time for our different shipping methods below:

State: 7-14 business days

NAtional: 2-6 business days

2nd Day: 2 business days

Next Day: 1 business day

International Shipping: 10-21 business days

Question or problem regarding the order I've received

Can I return my order from another seller?

Of course if it is Mentioned In the product Details

That's not a problem at all. The shipment you received from the seller should include a pack slip with detailed return instructions. In the event those instructions were not included, please let us know and we'll be more than happy to track down that information for you. 

Once the seller confirms receipt of your return we will process a refund for the returned item(s). 

 

I received a shipment but it doesn't include all of the books I ordered. Did some items ship separately?

 

 If you've received your order and a book, or books, is missing, it's possible your order was shipped in multiple shipments. If your order included items ordered from other sellers on our site, those items will be shipped separately. 

If the book you are missing is a new book, there's a good chance that also shipped separately. Many of our new books will be processed separately and thus will arrive in separate shipments.

If the book(s) you're missing does not fit under the above guidelines then please be sure to let us know

 

I'm not entirely satisfied with my order, what now?

 

We're crushed and saddened to hear that. We want each and every one of our customers to come away completely satisfied with their experience with trendypaper. If you let us know what the problem is by clicking here we will do everything we can to help. 

 

Hmm, my order seems to be a bit late, what should I do?

I need to return my order, is that possible?

 

***PLEASE NOTE THIS RETURN POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO BOOKS ORDERED DIRECTLY FROM THE TRENDYPAPER INVENTORY (NEW AND USED). IF YOUR PURCHASE WAS MADE WITH ANOTHER SELLER FROM OUR SITE, YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN THE BOOK TO THEM. 

Returning a book is not a problem. We accept any return shipped to us within 15 days of the purchase date. 

Simply package up the item and send it back to us at the following address:

**Please include a short note that includes your order number explaining the reason for your return. **

Once we receive your return, we will promptly issue a refund to the account with which you placed the order.  

 We do ask that you please understand that shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Our return policy does allow for a refund for the item cost. Please note that if you are returning new books, they must be unused in order to receive a refund.

If it is more than 15 days beyond your purchase date, or if you feel that we've made an error with your purchase that would warrant us covering return shipping costs, please contact us

We love to tell you what we're up to! We also don't mind giving our most loyal customers a sweet deal from time to time. All you need to do is create an account with us here. Just be sure to leave that little box checked and we'll send you email updates.

What is this “Wishlist”?

 

Contrary to what it sounds like, the wishlist is not a list of wishes you want to come true. The wishlist is actually a handy tool for storing all those books you want to buy, but may not have time to read right now. Just add the book and we’ll keep track of it for you. 

 

Need to make a change to an order I just placed

Is it possible to change the shipping address on my purchase?

I would like to cancel my order, is that possible?

 

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, however if your order hasn’t left yet, we’ll be happy to oblige. Please submit your cancellation request by clicking here. Please note that in most cases we're unable to cancel orders placed with other sellers due to the automated nature of those sales. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

 

 

The book I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

 

We are adding literally thousands of books to our massive inventory every single day. If the book you want is not available today, check back tomorrow — we might have it or click here to request. You can also add books to your “wishlist” and keep track of them there. 

 

 

Does this book come with the CD?

 

Before making your selection, we encourage you to check the handy comments we list for your convenience. If the CD is included we'll tell you, if not, we'll tell you that too. 

 

What’s the condition of this book?

 

The book information will note the condition. We grade our books based on these guidelines:

·         NEW: Just what it says, direct from the publisher or distributor.

·         LIKE NEW: Could easily be mistaken for brand new. Undamaged cover, no missing pages, all pages undamaged (no creases or tears), no underlining/highlighting of text, no damage to binding, no writing in margins.

    VERY GOOD: In great condition for a used book. Has been read but has no easily noticeable damage to the cover, all pages are present and undamaged (no creases or tears), minimal underlining/highlighting of text (perhaps on a few pages), no writing in margins, very minimal identifying marks inside cover, very minimal wear and tear. May be ex-library, with usual treatments; if so, the book will be noted as such in the comments.

·         GOOD: Very minimal damage to the cover (no holes or tears, only minimal scuff marks), minimal wear to binding, majority of pages undamaged (minimal creases or tears), highlighting/underlining acceptable on textbooks as long as text is readable and it is not an excessive amount, no missing pages; if so, the book will be noted as such in the comments.

·         ACCEPTABLE: These are books that have been saved from being unnecessarily discarded. This book has a lot of history, but still deserves a loving home. Some significant wear to the cover but still intact; binding may be slightly weak. There might be writing in margins, or underlining/highlighting of text; there are no missing pages. May be slightly stained or discolored, but not excessive. If this is with usual treatments or has some unusual or severe type of damage, such as water or binding, it will be noted in the comments.

What currency are your prices in?

 

All prices listed on our website are currently in Rupees 

 

What are these "business days" you speak of?

 

 We define a business day as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. So if your order ships on a Monday and the delivery time frame is 2 business days, you can expect your order to arrive on Wednesday. 

 

I'm having trouble proceeding to the Billing page during checkout, what gives?

 

Please be sure to check that you are running the most up to date version of your web browser. If you are running an out of date version it may not play nice with our website (or others for that matter). You might also try clearing the cache and cookies (hmm cookies) on your web browser. More often than not, this corrects any issues! If those tricks don't work please be sure to let us know

 

My credit or debit card is not being accepted, what's the deal?

 

Oh no! That's the last thing we want to hear! Please be sure to check the following details and hopefully you can get that order all squared away:

·         Double check to ensure that your billing address is entered correctly. You'll want to be sure that you enter the address your bank or credit card company has on file for you.

·         Check the details of your card number, expiration date, and security code to ensure they are correct.

·         If the above steps don't resolve the problem you might try contacting your bank or credit card company to make sure there are no problems on their end.

Will I receive updates regarding my order?

 

We keep you updated every step of the way. If you haven’t received any emails from us, we’re sorry to hear that. We love communicating with our customers. Please check your email settings to make sure you are allowed to receive messages from help@trendypaper.com

 

 

When will I get my order? Can I track it?

 

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Most orders will be shipped the following business day. Once it has left our warehouse, you can expect the delivery timeframes and tracking options listed on our Shipping page

 

How do I use a coupon code?

 

If you have received a coupon code, redemption is easy. During the checkout process there is a field for coupon codes entry. Type or paste your code in that box and click the "Apply" button to receive your discount. 

Please note that only one coupon or special offer can be applied to your order at a time. When more than one coupon or offer applies, the one that most reduces the total price of your shopping cart is automatically applied.

 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

Paying for books is easy. Below is a list of all the payment methods that we’ll accept:

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards.

CHECK/DEBIT CARDS

We accept all Debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo.

 

 

 

What are other sellers and how does ordering from them work?

 

Other sellers books are used or new books sold and shipped by independent booksellers. They may take longer to arrive than books shipped directly from trendypaper.

Other important facts about other sellers books: 

·        Like every other book you buy from trendypaper, purchase of a book from another seller helps fund Individual and help them purchase other books or products.

     The amount of time your order will take to reach you depends on the items you're ordering and where the seller is located.

·         Other sellers' books usually take 3-5 days to process before shipment, and items from non-state. And non-National sellers may take up to three weeks to process.

·         Other sellers books are listed on other websites as well, and as a result about 5% of other sellers orders are canceled due to duplicate orders from other websites.

·         If you need to return an other sellers book, it must be returned to the independent seller who shipped it to you - NOT to trendypaper. Information on how to do so can be found on your packing slip. If you no longer have your packing slip, please contact us to get the address for your return.

Do you do back orders?

 

Yes we accept back orders but only Bulk Orders.

 

Can I ship an order to a friend or family member at a different address?

 

That’s not a problem at all! When prompted for a shipping address simply enter their information. You can also include a gift note if you so choose! Please be sure to double check your billing address however as you’ll need to enter your own information there. 

 

Do I need to create an account in order to complete my order?

 

Nope! If you’d rather not create one, just decline to do so after completing your purchase or select Guest user. We will need your email address however. How else are we going to let you know once your order has shipped, carrier pigeons? 

 

 

Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

 

Unfortunately no, we are not currently set up to accept any orders via the mail.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

 

Of course it is! We use the highest encryption standard in the industry (256 bit SSL, if you know what that means!). We rigorously test our site every hour to make sure it’s 100% safe. Seriously, I’m sweating right now. 

 

What is a coupon code and how do I get one?

 

A coupon code is that magical combination of letters and numbers that when strategically entered into the “coupon code” field will allow you to receive your order at an even greater discount than the ridiculously low price you already see. Pretty sweet, right? So how can you get one? There are several ways one can receive a coupon code.

1.       Sign up for our email newsletters. We regularly send out awesome promotions. [Needs a link to the sign-up page]

2.     “Like” us on Facebook. We like to reward our most loyal fans from time to time with great deals.

3.     Follow us on Twitter. Same deal as above, we like to tweet savings to our dedicated followers.
