Concentration is an important ability that the student has to maintain to brighten the future. Concentration is taking your mind off things and putting it on one thing at a time. In simple means, concentration is the ability to take your mind in control and made to focus the mind on one subject, object, or thought along with this excluding the unrelated thoughts, ideas, feelings and sensations.

Try not to eat heavy food on days you need proper concentration with work or studies as heavy food only make you more lethargic and sleepy. Though it is recommended to eat a full breakfast, full does not necessarily mean heavy.
